Why do you think the phone answering people can help?
THIS IS A RANDOM BUG. I just sent you a 'bug report' but noted that you there doesn't seem to be a dump of the screen..
You guys need to test this random problem yourselves.. Asking me to call your helpless support number is a major waste of my time..
By putting that request to users is going to stop problem reports! -

I am currently on AOL Gold version Revision 11.0.2529 .

2) When will there be a GM release to "Gold"In the past When I ask questions, IF...IF I get an answer it is incomplete, (i.e. only one of the two questions is vaguely addressed) Please reply in detail to both of my questions. I am a PAYING customer to what is a free tool, I am owed at least this much.

whenever I search for emails coming from c- , the only emails that I can obtain are one's that I have sent, not received
whenever I search in AOL Gold for emails, I can only obtain sent (TO) emails, not received emails. I can do both when accessing AOL through another browser.

Spam Controls: I'm getting about 100 a day.....been with aol over 20 years. AOL must block or we are terminating 3 paid accounts
We are receiving around 100 spam attacks a day. We have been with AOL over 20 years and will terminate our two paid accounts next week if AOL cannot block these spam attacks from overseas. We know how to block, but cannot keep up with 100 attacks a day. Do your job AOL !!!!!

SCREEN NAMES on my new laptop when I entered our 4 screen names 1 of my daily used one is last, on my former laptop both of my daily used screen names were 1st & 2nd which is how I want them to appear. How can I change the order they are in? There should be a way to do this

Unnecessary Email features
RE: Incoming/Sent email. Suddenly, last week, emails start containing repetitive and unnecessary date and subject at the top of emails.Why and how to remove. Have contacted tech. service but they were unable to help resolve. Please advise.

We need better spam controls that block mail before it even gets to our mailbox. The mail in the spam folder has grown exponentially and we have to check spam to insure valid emails are not there. We need an easy way to report spam so it does not make it to us. Otherwise, why am I paying for AOL. In looking at the comments, tis seems to be a priority to your customers.

Photos in email body in Win 10 does not work. In Win 7 I can send as many as I want whether or not modified/cropped/fixed. In Win 10 modifying or making smaller or doing nothing to photos, I can barely get one if I am lucky to send. Sits there forever freezing up rest of AOL and then still does not go or knocking out Gold all together. PLEASE FIX. This has been going on for far too long and has been reported many times.
