Not a friendly experience
While trying to read the article about Queen Elizabeth, Those damned ads kept flopping around on the bottom right corner. You fool sure know
how to ruin a person's day. I should quit writing these things because I doubt anyone reads them. I suppose it would just be better if I quit reading stuff on here. My days would surely be better. Just so you know, those ads do NOT get my business. -
Attachment Preview option
I use desktop software for email & I appreciate to have an option to preview the attachment prior downloading the attachment. In this manner can only download those attachments which are required for future reference and discard those after reading. This option is not currently available. Please do the needful to have this option and advise.

Get to the story!
When I click on a headline I want THAT story WITHOUT the background, without the back story. It's getting so that I don't even bother any more because I just don't have the time to go through all that **** to get to what the headline promised.

SUB FOLDERS
aol should have an option to create sub folders inside the folder. that is a simple but impacting thing and it should be part of aol.

Stories from Boredom Therapy cause the background to disappear
Boredom Therapy stories cause the Background Displays to disappear. I see other complaints about this and nothing has been done - why not? It has happened twice so far today and I've only been on for about an hour. either fix it or get rid of the Damned Boredom Therapy, it's a total waste of time any way.

Why are there ads with a subscription?
Why is it that I pay $26.99 per month for access to AOL, yet I am still bombarded with ads!? Please don't tell me it is due to the add-ons that I can get. The only one useful to me is Lifelock. Norton is a much better antivirus product than McAfee & the rest of the stuff I neither need or want.

AOL Gold mail issues.
I'm having issues with sending multiple emails to multiple addresses. I keep getting an error message. I've tried to get help with this by talking to tech support. Nothing has been resolved. Email with AOL Gold has been a problem since it's inception. Why are we paying for an upgrade that is worse that the old software? And why can't we speak to someone who understands English not just speak it? Some problems can't be resolved by sitting at a computer with a step by step manual to follow. Another day I can not log in to post a comment. I can not do this on AOL. Now here's the weird part.....I can go onto another IP......log on to AOL & post comments.....& it is under the correct screen names. Form some reason......AOL blames me for this. I do not get this.
I love cupcakes. That comment has been censored by AOL. There was no pictures.....no language....& no suspicious IP. (unless AOL considers themselves suspicious) Is it just me? Am I missing something here? How many times do I have to give feedback before the censorship stops?
