AOL has managed to remove every one of my comments from their comment sections. This has to be at LEAST 50 posts. I have yet to heae why they are ALL being removed.

Things on AOL are too large
The mailbox alone takes up 3/4 of the page. I posted about this last night and received a message from AOL that case was closed and would take no more comments. ??? They advised me to set my resolution but I had explained that was done long ago and that with all other browsers I did not have this problem. So much for AOL helping.

Stop forcing readers to read articles that require "next" to complete. I no longer read them!
I liked the old AOL that one could complete reading a featured article without having to click on "next' to complete. I refuse to read any of them that feature this forced method in order for you to present added advertising that I do not read anyway!!

Why do you all put an app out there and even help us download it, but when we decide we don't want to keep it, refuse to help get it off?
I tried AIL one point had help from AOL to download since it would not work for me. Friend of mine had his laptop stolen so now all of his passwords can be used by the thief. So I decided to get rid of one point. Ran the uninstall, system said was successful. However it is still there and pops up routinely. Your help desk told me yesterday this is not an Aol problem you need to contact the other company. Why?

Seriously-- not being ugly but your service has really declined with AOL Gold, and seems you are unable to fix it.
Plus the old 98.2 had many more usable and simple features than AOL Gold. This is really a disaster!! You need to hire folks to fix it and change many features back to 98.2 -
I keep losing email addresses from my "groups". Sometimes they are also lost in "all contacts".

Upgrade aol and it wiped out aol from my computer.

I followed your instructions below and and did keyword upgrade and it put a program on my desktop. After clicking that icon to open, I received an ERROR MESSAGE that it did not work. What it did was DELETE AOL GOLD from my computer 100%. Now when I click on the icon for the AOL GOLD....it does not connect. I had to uninstall the program and went to install AOL GOLD from the Internet and it says I am not illegible for it. WTH is going on?I am able to access my AOL email from Google Chrome.

Why do I have to select to delete emails twice now. Very frustrating
go back to one click delete on laptop computers or check marks on all you want to delete and only have to hit delete once

STOP SCREWING around with email.
Yesterday I tried to send an email, and al that happened is AOL closed. When it reopened the email was still there. TODAY, I tried to send an email (thinking that you fixed it), it just sat there and made AOL FREEZE.
WTF people, can't you do anything right??? Fix the email situation permanently and stop screwing around with it.
I believe that, whoever is screwing up the email system "SHOULD BE FIRED"! -

I don't want to have to click YES when I delete me emails..I want to go down down down as fast as I can deleting them! CHANGE IT BACK NOW!!! THIS IS SO STUPID!! WHO WAS THE ONE WHO THOUGHT THIS WAS A GOOD IDEA NEEDS TO BE FIRED!

I'm beginning to believe AOL has no intention of fixing anything..This has been going on FOREVER!!!! Nothing is being done so it's time to move on to another server. I'm going to have to figure out a way to retain on my addresses!!

AOL is so brain dead it is insulting that people actually pay for this abuse. Huff Post ruined AOL and is a disgrace to journalism and to free press and to the simple rules of fairness and honesty. AOL sucks and should go out of business.
