Bring back a "Working" AOL!
Whoever changed the email settings so that email is deleted as soon as it is sent should be Hung, Drawn & Quartered, and then Shot. Many people want to send the same email to several people and do not want to have to recreate it each time. I am not talking just about distribution lists.

Make changes to address book be SAVED !
Any changes made revert to the previous edition. I have changed and saved many, many entries only to have the changes ignored.
This merits IMMEDIATE attention -
Downloading in AOL 11 needs some tweaking
I ran into a few glitches in downloading a file in 11 that should replace an existing Excel file in a folder with several files.
Downloading a file to replace an existing file in 11 doesn't have the option of replacing the existing file nor does it open a folder that has several files including the file to to be replaced.
Specifically -- Downloading an Excel file that should replace an existing Excel file in a folder with 'related' files (in this case a membership data base file, a dues paid file, etc.).

Need some features from AOL Desktop 9.8 back on here.
1) - Please bring back the ability to use the Delete key on my keyboard, rather than have to use my mouse to delete a mail. In the new technology today, we are using our mouse less and less, and are able to use our keyboard for shortcuts. Seems like aol gold is going backwards on that.
2) - If I open a new mail to share graphicsas embedded, and I have added more than one graphic, then I decide I want to remove one of those graphics and add another, AOL gold completely closes down. all I can do… -
Ability to save a mail with embedded images as an HTML file again.
I used to be able to open a mail, and go to File, Save As, and save that mail as an html file, to be able to save all embedded images in one folder.
Now, you took that away from us. when I go to File, Save As, my only choices are to save as a PDF or TXT file. what good is that?
Please bring back the option to save a mail as HTML, at least until you get the advanced setting fixed to save all embedded images in mails. My mails are building up, because I'm waiting on… -
Settings need check by AOL techs
I received a note on my previous feedback asking me to call an AOL "Technical Support Agent" about my feedback issue for change: Namely that when I try to move a heart icon that's under a file in my "favorites box" to a different folder, the minute I click on the heart, the entire list of folders and icon items shifts to the left inside the favorite box. This obliterates seeing the left column of file icons. Why? I called the AOL technical agent as directed in "product support" but he had no idea how to stop that from happening…

AOL feedback needs appeal method
I submitted feedback 2 weeks ago requesting that AOL restore an essential feature to Gold, and over 160 others "agreed" with my post. Two days ago I received AOL's notice they had NO intention of restoring the feature that I and so many others desperately want back. I am now reading brand new feedback posted from AOL Gold users asking to have the very same feature I pleaded for restored to Gold. AOL mail folders keep closing!
I opened up all of my files and folders manually. Exited AOL. When I go back in, ALL MY FILES AND FOLDERS ARE CLOSED AGAIN! This is annoying and needs to be fixed ASAP!

1.) AOL GOLD DEVELOPER TEAM SHOULD HIRE SEVERAL "EXPERIENCED AOL USERS,= PEOPLE WHO USE AOL EXTENSIVELY.2.) USE OLD AOL 9.8 SO USERS CAN EXPLAIN & "SHOW" IMPORTANT USERS FEATURES TO USERS.
