AOL feedback needs appeal method
I submitted feedback 2 weeks ago requesting that AOL restore an essential feature to Gold, and over 160 others "agreed" with my post. Two days ago I received AOL's notice they had NO intention of restoring the feature that I and so many others desperately want back. I am now reading brand new feedback posted from AOL Gold users asking to have the very same feature I pleaded for restored to Gold. Therefore, I attempted to post feedback asking AOL to reconsider their action, but it is blocked when the key word is mentioned. So in this feedback I am suggesting a NEW idea: AOL should offer an appeal process regarding the restoration of important features they have nixed, especially when new feedback indicates still has demand to bring back, (I do not mention the key word of my suggestion because it blocks my post,) Please AOL, have an open mind an listen to your user's feedback!! Give us a means to ask for you to reconsider restoring features you have turned your back on. Please?

I have been using AOL since it was invented. My family says that I need to get rid of it. AOL Gold has tipped the scales this time. They are going the way of the land line.

you are correct ! - aol just does not care about their long time paying users at all - they refuse to listen to valid suggestions - tired of their tech support scripted , useless , + non relevant solutions that do not work - juvenile way they are constantly merging relevant forum topics into other unrelated topics ! - we are the ignorant ones for paying for such poor quality service ! -
