Trying to check if there is incoming new mail on other SNs is a royal ***. We have to sign out/sign back in under other SNs. On 9.8 checking mail on 5 SNs was a breeze: click on Switch SNs and it would show if you have mail to read AND THEN you could switch or cancel and stay on your usual SN.…

It is vital to be able to save the entire email for resending and reference. Now I can only save as a PDF or Text File. This is really bad
Give us back all of our saving options to include pictures and attachments and not PDF files only or in TXT.

With the GOLD version, when I open a previous tab from the list above it does not open a new tab but replaces the last open tab.

Gold changes my emails
I often use an existing email, click reply all, then update the email for distribution. Gold is changing font, highlighting, and puncuation when I do this. UNSATISFACTORY!!!
Please return ASAP to 9.8.

Emails composed to "send later" change their format when sent.
The screen you compose an email in is a different size from the screen it is opened in. When send it, the message opens in a screen that is a different size. If you have composed a business email with indented paragraphs or outlines, long paragraphs, etc. the size difference in the two screens causes sentences to separate, and this leaves large gaps between words in the sentences. It's no longer possible to "break" the blue bar when replying to quoted text. Just one more way Gold is inferior to previous versions.
It used to be possible to add replies between lines of quoted text by pressing Enter, and a new line would open with no blue bar, but that doesn't work anymore. There is also no option anymore to use <<(text)>> to quote text instead of the blue bar. It's the blue bar, or nothing. Every day I discover more reasons to ditch AOL Gold and use some other email program. The new Gold is inferior in so many ways to earlier versions.

If you insist on using 20 - 30% of the incoming mail on advertising, why not at least put the Reply, Forward, Reply all, Add Addressed, Report Spam and Print above the Reminder so we can utilize the entire horizontal screen to read our mail instead of having to scroll left and right to read our mail? This is the most annoying fact AOL GOLD has forced it's subscribers to endure.
With all the complaints about the AOL ISP, along with my complaints, I cannot help but picture a group of immature grade school incompetents writing code for the AOL… -

i was chatting with a tech a few days ago and told him how much trouble i was having with AOL gold i told him i was having trouble with Failed to load URL https://w.main.welcomescreen.aol.com/ with error ERRCONNECTIONRESET (ConnectionReset). he told me to switch to Chrome. and signed off. very rude my idea is to get rid of jerks like him.

Drop down list of last 100 sites is horrendously incomplete
Clicking on the down arrow to the right of the address box USED TO produce a drop down list of the last 100 sites you visited. In this shameful AOL Gold "upgrade", it no longer does that. For some inexplicable reason, you get a drop down list of some randomly chosen previously visited sites. If they are not the last 100 (and they definitely are not), how on earth does that help me? And like I've asked about all the other aspects of AOL Desktop Gold which are WORSE than 9.8.2 - why on earth would your engineers have changed…

Create a feature to auto-forward incoming emails to another email account while keeping in mailbox
All other email systems allow this. Why doesn't AOL? This will no longer help to keep customers; it is too easy to give up AOL now that no one likes the new systems.

Cannot understand why you change things to make what you THINK is better while taking away things people like. When I click on Window > tile it stacks the windows ( not cascade , but tile ) it doesn't put them side by side anymore it stacks and overlaps. Not good.
