i was chatting with a tech a few days ago and told him how much trouble i was having with AOL gold i told him i was having trouble with Failed to load URL https://w.main.welcomescreen.aol.com/ with error ERRCONNECTIONRESET (ConnectionReset). he told me to switch to Chrome. and signed off. very rude my idea is to get rid of jerks like him.

I have nothing but problems with AOL Gold since it started, I had it !! Thinking of leaving AOL all together.
Today, 5/9/18 cant sign on @ all but can use mail, OL Orders and everything else ???? GO FIGURE !?!
What the heck is going on ?!?

aol did an update and the computer restarted. don't tell me to do a search to find options to fix this. aol did it now aol has to fix what they did!!!!

The old quality of AOL is no longer present. The increase of advertising is interfering with normal
content, including loosing what you are reading before completion. Log-on frequently takes several
attempts. I now use Google for my initial log-on. The random SPAM seems to have slowed to some
extend. Thank you! -

AOL Gold is a mess, with poor response on loading, to the sign in procedure. My $4.95 is no bargin to be a Gold member. Got my mail but nothing else.

Can not get the home page. AOL gold is not as good as the old version. And I now have have to pay. Is there any hope AOL can fix this problem. Look like lots of people are having the same problem.

Add me to the list of dissatisfied customers as of this afternoon. I joined AOL in 1993, but am ready to leave if the HTTP/1.1 Service Unavailable is not fixed within a week.

Something is wrong with aol,,,,the welcome screen does not
appear. Is it a system wide problem???..all I get is some garbage
with like four sites that pop up.
