Allowed highlighting phrase or word in Search bar or email window Search to cut or copy.
Old desktop allowed right clicking to cut or paste. Now I need to hit Ctrl-x or c. Right clicking works in the address bar.

Progress bar during import
It would be very helpful if there was a progress bar indicating how much (%) of data has been transferred from AOL 9.8.2 to AOL Gold. I have over 1,000,000 kb of professional email files, saved on PC (as opposed too AOL) that must be kept. This importing of data could take from several hours to 1 day. A progress bar would have made my life easier. I suggest that this be implemented.

Saving email: now requires 2 clicks confirming it is saved in a folder; old AOL required one click; this is an unnecessary duplicate step
When saving an email to a folder, Gold requires 2 clicks confirming save. Old AOL only required one click. This is unnecessary duplicate step. Change it back to only one confirming click to save an email.

For AOL Favorites, please re-include the “OPEN” Command in AOL’s File Menu dropdown box, as in AOL 9.8.2
The MANAGE FAVORITES button (now in Version 11.0.1550) allows you to use the ‘SAVE' Option to save a copy of your current AOL Favorites list to a folder of your choice. And the “REPLACE” Option will let you ‘recall’ it in the future for replacing your then-running AOL Favorites list.
Sometimes, however, you need only to simply access (view and display) the contents of one of these ‘saved’ AOL Favorites.fav files (i.e. but NOT ‘replace’ your currently running AOL Favorites).
So please re-include the “OPEN” Option (in AOL’s File menu dropdown box), allowing you to quickly navigate to it and… -

import address book and favorites
I cannot import my address book into gmail or my favorites into Internet Explorer. Some of us use additional email accounts other then just AOL for email. I guess AOL holds back on this to try and keep you from giving up the paid AOL ?

When is GOLD giving back our 9.8.2 email icons that were taken away? Just wondering.

Now having problems with Gold and datamask scrambling entries into address bar cannot manually enter data
I rely on datamask to scramble my keystrokes, but lately it acts up and the scrambler screen comes up with different colors and icons, scrambles all entries

Please have an easier way to open attached file
I would like to open the file right a way or to open it automatically by just one click. it's too complicated to open the file i want to have a simple way to do that.

We must be able to read attachments while still reading mail
How can I go to set up a file to place the attachments when I do not know exactly what the attachments are? I must leave the "reading screen" and then click on "my computer" to open files where the attachments was placed. And 5 out of 15 times the attachment is put by me) in the wrong location. THIS IS A HORROR.AND TAKES ME TEN TIMES AS LONG TO READ MAIL. i am thinking of leaving AOL where I have been for 17 years.unless there is a priomise of a correction.

TO HAVE TO TYPE A ONE TIME EMAIL INTO MY ADDRESS BOOK TO SEND SOMETHING IS A WASTE! OF MY TIME!!!!!!!!!
To have to type a one time email into my address book to send out an email is a total waste of energy and time! i used to be able to just type it in the address bar and it would go out, now i have to manually enter new emails. WHAT A WASTE OF MY TIME! PLEASE PUT IT BACK THE WAY IT USED TO BE!!! THIS GOLD BS IS ABSOLUTELY INFURIATING!
