Thank you for your feedback about AOL Desktop Gold. Unfortunately, the option to automatically clear the Browser History through the “Clear Browser Cache on Exit” feature is not available, as well as the private browsing at the moment in the new software. We are continually making updates to the new AOL Desktop software each day; however, I’m not sure if this will be included or not. In the meantime, here’s how to manually clear the Browser History: 1. In the top left corner of the AOL Desktop window, click “Edit” then choose “Select Footprints to Clear” from the drop-down menu. 2. Select “Browser History” then “Clear Footprints” button. Viola! You’ve cleared your Browsing History! We will make sure your suggestion gets to the appropriate team for review.
