been aol customer for 20yrs now have to pay for something that does not work. Don't know why I have to pay for being a loyal customer for something that does not work. You obviously don't know what you are doing and don't care what customers think.

The idiots at AOL have removed many useful features from an otherwise efficient AOL 9.8 program and added a bunch of dumb, useless and inefficient tript to AOL GOLD (which should be renamed AOL SLUG ****). I thought the Federal government was the only company that operated on the fence in legality and gross ineptitude. Congratulations AOL, you're now firmly entrenched as the colossal ******* online service of the WORLD! AOL is actually considered by many cyber experts to be a form of virus. Ever try to get it off your computer 100%? Near impossible.
