Please fix the copy/paste function - it seldom works and now has a copied bit of text stuck in the copy memory so it's messed up other sw!
In GOLD, the copy/paste function in Write does not work correctly. Usually it doesn't copy at all; now it is holding onto the last thing I managed to copy in AOL several days ago so that I cannot copy anything else from any application. I just keep getting that same bit of text from an AOL screen. I see others have complained about copy/paste, but you've closed the issue. But it is NOT fixed yet!! Please reopen!! Thanks

blocked email
I have been having work emails forwarded to AOL. Recently they are being blocked with message "users mailbox is quarenteened" meaning AOL rejected it. Would be coming from Microsoft Outlook mail account. Then it is followed by PAGES of gobblegook then the message is at the bottom (the one it said was blocked)

What happened to all the mail folders I created in my Saved on AOL folder? I had important emails for my business saved and categorized and they are all gone!!!!!!!!!!!

HELP FOR EMAIL PROBLEMS
I now have 94 emails waiting for me to read, but I can't get to them....the page stays BLANK. I have SIXTY!!!! SPAM to get rid of, some duplicates I've gotten rid of numerous times. BUT WAIT, THERE'S MORE! Now when I tap "Delete All" of the SPAM, it disappears and then reappears in the regular delete area so that I have to do each of them ONE AT A TIME!!! And WHY, WHY, WHY do you send some of the regular deleted emails BACK TO ME the next day????

Mail and mailbox slow to load
Last update has broken the mailbox. Messages in folders are extremely laggy - slow to load, load out of order and then reload, deleting messages is slow - everything was working great and now it's a mess.
The spam folder has had an issue for awhile. Clicking on "this is not spam" causes the message to disappear completely. It does not get transferred to the inbox.

ADG latency
whenever you scroll through the emails it highlights everything the mouse passes through which is annoying. Please provide a fix to remove this feature which just showed up with the latest version 11.0.3316. How come we lost the feature whenever you add a new email address it automatically gets added to the address book, if you could please bring this back.

Mail folders still missing in 11.0.2878. I have to log on and off several times to get them to return. Sometimes its all of the folders, sometimes its just a partial list.

Mail I have read is staying in my New mail folder instead of just the IN or Old mail folders as it did until 2 days ago.
Mail I have read is staying in my "New"mail folder instead of moving to the "IN" or "Old" mail folders upon closing Mail on the AOL Desktop Gold -- this just started happening 8/17/2020. Was there an update that caused this?

There is a problem with the font and it must be repaired. It does not change including incoming emails. The computer is not allowing me to choose the font of my choice. This is NOT an idea, it is a problem with a complaint.

What is going on with AOL mail??
Often now getting "wait 5 minutes" notice; other options, like address book are not available. Have used AOL over 20 years, but you are going to lose me if this continues.

My AOL Desktop Gold is not working
I noticed there are others who cannot use their AOL Desktop. It freezes up when I login to AOL through AOL Gold, and the only way I can even get on is to go through Firefox. What is going on? I liked the old AOL better. They really messed up AOL. I have been with for over a decade.

Unable to Open a .png file attachment
I was sent 2 emails with attachment of .png. file and I was not able to open or read the attachments or files even with Icy remote sharing my computer.

Error Messages Keep Telling Me My Mail Cannot Be Sent Because of Some Error
Sometimes I get a message that says my mail cannot be sent because of an error yet it will send if I put it into Mail Waiting to be Sent. Other times it says We Seem To Be Having Trouble Loading Your Mail. Try Again in 5 Minutes. But five minutes, ten minutes, half an hour later and it still won't send my mail!!
