    Email is slow to open often requiring a second double click to open. This just recently started, so I believe it's a result of the recent change.

    When opening an email, an ad will appear but the email message won't. One needs to close the email and open it again to see the email content... along with another ad. Shameful, AOL.
    How long does it take to remedy this nuisance? I reported the bug a couple of weeks ago. Support said it had been elevated to the appropriate level.

    AOL, how is acceptable for the ads to load on an email, but not the email's content? I'm beginning to feel a bit of disdain for the companies who's ads preclude my email's content.

    Warning: Someone is sending an email with a link to supposedly fix this email issue with a warning that email will be discontinued if you don't update your mailbox. I called AOL. This is a SCAM.

    AOL has no problem loading the adds, but can't seem to load the email content. NASTY!

    I'm now having the same problem. You'd think that an operation like AOL could fix this annoyance. What gives, AOL techies?

    As of about a week ago, when I click on an email I get a blank form. I have to close it and click on it again. This is a ridiculously redundant process.

    I also have to click twice, then have to click on "allow xx to open" This started in July 2020.
