Unable to Open a .png file attachment

I was sent 2 emails with attachment of .png. file and I was not able to open or read the attachments or files even with Icy remote sharing my computer.

Please fix this problem for me!

    Attachment does not open in email. It saves to desktop. I want them to open in email.
