It's apparent to me that you guys promise your clients the world and in the end give them an island
My idea is simple rectify all the issues of concern people have or don't charge for services when you can deliver. At your rate more people will jump ship and leave AOL because your team fails to act in providing people with better service. Furthermore , I had subscribed to the SuperAntispyware I'm being charged on a monthly basis and the **** think doesn't even work . So many of the problems since AOL Dumped 9.8.2., could be resolved in hours. Yet AOL could Not Give One Thought to RESOLVING ANY PROBLEMS. AS YOU CAN SEE FROM ALL THE COMMENTS, Nothing is going to be resolved, till WE LEAVE AOL.

Lawsuit pending unless AOL stops screwing around with my system
I have previously complained that I do not want auto-updates for Desktop Gold. In addition, I never authorized AOL to make changes to my Internet options. With each update Desktop Gold is made the default search provider. If these activities are not stopped immediately, I will have choice but to proceed with the lawsuit, and seek maximum damages under the law. The ball is in your court, don't ***** up.

There really is a big list of problem with AOL GOLD which we PAY for, and they don't seem to be able to, or care about fixing the problems which have existed for many months. How about a class action law suit?
