My idea is simple rectify all the issues of concern people have or don't charge for services when you can deliver. At your rate more people will jump ship and leave AOL because your team fails to act in providing people with better service. Furthermore , I had subscribed to the SuperAntispyware I'm being charged on a monthly basis and the **** think doesn't even work . Frustrated client if I don't see a change in the near future i'm pulling the plug enough is enough. Bring back the old AOL it was awesome your new Gold version is horrific. Regards Angry customer.
