    I have removed AOL 9.7 since I now have AOL Gold. Can I delete "AOL Connectivity Service" and "Uninstall Emergency Connect Utility"?

    I went to check my email and briefly looked to see what was there and I noticed some important bills and notices from dr's offices. I read one email and when I went to click on the next one It would not change. I closed the email to find that every single email from January was absolutely gone! WHERE IS MY EMAIL AND WHY DOES THIS HAPPEN? It happened just once before and took about 3 days to get the mail back!!!!! Help me now!!!!!

  6. Backspace utton on Gold does not work. I tried the suggested fix from product support and it still does not work. bring back 9.8.2

  7. I cannot drag one of the four corners of the window. It doesn't move. Therefor I canno

    When opening the mailbox the page is to large. It takes up the whole screen and you cant read it without moving the sidebar up & down and from left to right.

    It's so big that you can't read the context of the email without using the inner sidebar at the bottom of the email.

    I cannot drag one of the four corners of the window. It doesn't move. Therefor I cannot use the “Save Window Size and Position” from the drop-down menu.

    Changing the screen resolution does not help.

  12. Get rid of the dotted lines when copying things onto a new email!

    When copying anything onto a new email (ex: invoices & bill statements), everything now (on AOL Gold) is surrounded by annoying dotted lines which only uses more ink when printing them out & makes it impossible to maneuver things around or delete the unwanted portions. Please get rid of this. These dotted lines are useless & never were never visible when copying on previous AOL software. Why did you put them there?

  15. go back to old address book and address card. not an improvement...like most of Gold

    Why did Gold alpha my phone numbers in the phone book? Stupid. Now when I open the phone book, I see name, email addr and their FAX! Who wants to see the FAX# as the primary - nobody. Gold has rearranged my contact #s by alpha which puts Fax first and work last. that is Stupid. Now I have to redo hundreds of contacts thanks to Gold. AND everytime I 'save' the corrected contact info - the phonebook automatically refreshes to the top of the contact list - AAA. Why not just save my corrections and keep the phone book…

  16. Hate this "new" way of providing feedback -- your upgrade ****

    Unable to drag & drop from Favorites into the signature (i.e. Follow me on Twitter - with link already attached). Adding pictures used to be simple - now I have to search for and then copy/paste from another area. AND, after painstakingly creating a signature, and using it many times . . . TODAY, one signature disappeared to be the signature from another saved signature. NOT HAPPY Trying to WORK here!

  18. Saving Favorites on a DVD

    Favorites –
    I saved My Favorites to a DVD. When I click on it on my DVD, it will not open. So, I don’t know if my listings are correct. Please fix.
