Highlighting a word in email is not working
I can neither highlight a word or sentence or change font colors while writing an email. I also can't change the font color if I forward an email from one screen name to another. For example one of my screen names I use a pink font color, in another I use blue. If I forward email to another screen name I can't change the font color. I can't highlight any of the text. I reported this before and was advised to clean my footprints, well thats **** because it didn't work either, nor should I have to clear footprints just to change font colors. Its beyond frustrating that basic functions are missing and nothing is done to remedy them. We pay to be able to do **** little with our accounts. Its basic keyboarding to change font color or highlight.
