Duplicate emails -- Please fix this!

Once again an email was slow in sending....then was sent TWICE! We run a small business. This is NOT an acceptable business practice. I have complained about this numerous times. Why can't this be fixed???

    I take that back....when it happened this time, it sent the email 3 TIMES!!! WHY IS THIS HAPPENING? I've complained on this site before and I have called tech support. Still this continues. AOL -- please respond.
