AOL Should allow the members to change the birthday information, member should be able to remove or change the birthday anytime they want..

Account OWNER should have the ability to MANAGE Sub-accounts!
I misplaced my password list, temporarily, and tried to access one of my sub-account emails, which I could not do, until I remembered that password. Even though you offer a "lock-out" recovery process by adding a "second" phone number, (what's wrong with the main phone number?) you should allow the Account Owner to MANAGE ALL SUB-ACCOUNTS. Your system is NOT user friendly to ME, the account owner, and I want the ability to override ALL features in ALL sub-accounts. More ideas to come later, but please start with this one. Thanks!

move saved to my pc to saved to aol
Why can't I move the emails/folders in "Saved to My PC" to "Saved to AOL"? The only way I can acess the emails/folders in "Saved to My PC is through the AOL app. I want to be able to access those emails/folders from a browser or another email client. The fact that I can't easily move them to the "Saved to AOL"/cloud is ridiculous.

Add Email to Phone Capability
Most of the people I communicate with don't use email at all -- they ONLY text with their cell phone. As a senior, I need to use a full size keyboard -- so sending a message to their phone from my PC is important. AOL used to be able to do that by typing "1" in front of their phone number. I need that capability to return to AOL. It's loss increasingly reduces the utility of your service to me as more recipients ignore their email inbox in favor of phone text messages.

1. I would like to create a second email account to to keep personal emails separate from business emails.
I have 5 email addresses associated with aol account. I would like to delete three which I no longer use. Then I would like to add an additional aol email address, so that I can keep personal emails separate from business emails.
This used to be available (and free). Since changing to AOL Gold, I now have to pay a user fee per month, and cannot add an additional AOL email address. Please correct this, or I will probably switch to a different email service such as Google. I've been with AOL for years.

How can I delete the AOL Home page - I have had it with 15 pages to get the end of a story - to find nothing like the story.
How do I delete the AOL News welcome Icon from my homepage? I have had it with scrolling through dozens of pages to try and read a story often to find it had nothing to do with the story heading. I NEVER EVER look at the advertisements - even if I saw something there I wouldn't open it on principle. HOW CAN I DELETE THE NEWS ICON? Has a little house on the Icon. PLEASE SOMEONE ADVISE ME HOW.,
