1. I would like to create a second email account to to keep personal emails separate from business emails.
I have 5 email addresses associated with aol account. I would like to delete three which I no longer use. Then I would like to add an additional aol email address, so that I can keep personal emails separate from business emails.
This used to be available (and free). Since changing to AOL Gold, I now have to pay a user fee per month, and cannot add an additional AOL email address. Please correct this, or I will probably switch to a different email service such as Google. I've been with AOL for years.

You charge people for AOL gold and you took away ability to add or create new screen names. We used to have several other features such as keyword spam blocking. You took that away. AOL was once the top email and people laugh at me for still using it. You are a joke. Put the features back you took away or I will cancel you. As a AOL paying customer we used to get perks for it. Now we get nothing.

With the old Aol 9.8 I could create sub-accounts for special contacts that don't need my major accounts. It would be for special uses like business use. In AOL Gold we cannot create these sub-accounts and I don't want business contacts to have my major account. I have tried to live with this limitation but it has become to difficult. Under the rules for 9.8 things worked fine, but I find the new rules are not user friendly. Please bring back the ability to create sub-accounts as needed.

I cannot set up a subuser name on my account. Why???
I have a need to activate a special user name,identifying a high school class reunion in order to keep email messages for the class reunion separate from my personal email messages. How can I do that????? -

Please please please allow me to delete old general usernames connected to my mastername and then replace them with new updated ones. I want to ba able to have my 7 usernames be current to my users again. Please Please Please. Why did you take something away that I was promised when I paid for AOL. I've been with you for like 15 years!!!
