Favorite Places should be able to be set up on how we want. SHAME on AOL to do this and FORCE this awful new way. It's awful. We should be able to maneuver it the way we did bfore

Please remove the alphabetical order from the favorite list. I had pages set up there next to each other so I can quickly access them. Now those important pages are all over the place in my favorites. This is driving me crazy, who idea was this. Please return it back the original way. Or give an option menu to choose which you prefer.

IT's MEAN of AOL to not let us have our FAVORITES the way WE WANT. SHAME on AOL and for removing our beloved AIM what the heck

I am SO BOILING mad AOL had the GALL to FORCE US into having our beloved FAVORITES THEIR way!!!!! TERRIBLE... We are the customers!!! Especially those of us that pay. We should have that option to have the Favorites ANY order we want. AWFUL of them to do this

I also have a GMail acct. I kept AOL only because of easy and fast navigation using a short list in categories. With your new format without my easy to get to categories, there is no reason for me to continue with AOL--Sorry!

bring back drop down arrow that allows access to favorites folders WITHOUT opening favorites window. Allow user to alphabetize favorites (in subfolder) as an OPTION.

I will give you $$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$
for the AOL Desktop 9.8.2 Program, without any changes. With it, I will start a new I. S. P. (Internet Service Provider) and charge those who use it $2.00 per month.
I promise never to interfere, in any way, with the two or three, etc., people who wish remain with the AOL Desktop Gold.
Do we have a deal?

Open My Favorites. Pick any one, say SAVE, click NEW FOLDER at the bottom, it should appear on type of My Favorites with the name you picked. Just leave that. Now, for some reason, you can click and drag anything from My Favorites below it into that folder and arrange them like you did before. A pain but I doubt they will listen to our complaints anyway.

AOL acting like they know what is best for me. Seriously, AOL, alphabetizing the favorites folder??? Why not let me arrange things the way I need them to be arranged instead of the way YOU want them arranged. I guess this isn't a free country anymore....

I hate having the favorites listing alphabetically. I want it in the order I choose so that the ones I use most often are at the top

DO NOT KNOCK AOL DESKTOP GOLD FAVORITE PLACES, UNTIL TRYING THEM !!!!!
One person out of thousands of complaints who has an alphabetical use for the reconfigured FAVORITES gets a nice response.
But those thousands of disgruntled with something they cannot even organize get a "delete".UNBELIEVABLE.

Allow users to organize their favorite places folder list.
This option was available on all other AOL software programs such as AOL 9.2
Please bring it back
