Now you have a three step process to sign on... are you trying to make Gold as difficult as possible... have you heard the term "user friend
The new sign in process is not user friendly... who in the world do you guys have working on this?
As you might have noticed we changed the login process in AOL Mail, to a more secure 2 step login, which helps prevent your AOL account from being compromised or hacked.

I launch AOL. Then I have to click twice to get to the password screen. I enter the password then click again. Why don't you just put the full login screen on the first page? It makes me wonder about the competence of your design and coding staff.

this aol desktop gold sucks! first of all, there are far too many boxes popping up for you to have to sign on! why is there 4 boxes popping up? there should only be one box with the email on top and the password underneath! Then in the file section, the save and save as modes have been blacked out. should've left it alone! I want the old version back or im going elsewhere! this gold sucks!!!!

Things to fix on AOL gold.
Why do I have do go through three screens to sign in?
Where did all the fonts go for emails?
On favorites, how do I set up the order I want? -

In gold there is a useless extra new step to sign before you put your password in. Get rid of it. it accomplishes nothing, but wasting time.

I was on the phone for over 2 hours because my first contact person could not help me and evidently unaware of the change. He then transferred me to the next support level who then was able to help me which in turn was the result of a software change. Wasted 2 hours of my time waiting on the phone. It would have been even better to notify us via an email notification of any change, ie. "you will see a change in your sign-on screen."

AOL: Desktop Gold has complicated and elongated the sign-in process. Now there is a new popup, after the initial one asking for the screen name. And, you can't even hit Enter to take the input - you must click the button. Please stop complicating and elongating the sign-in process. Thank you.
