STOP MAKING US WAIT 20 MINUTES ON HOLD ONLY TO TRANSFER US AGAIN!!!!!

I just phoned your "help" line after being on hold for 20 minutes, your "tech" support HUNG UP ON ME! My problem is putting a logo or photo in an "email signature" went from ONE STEP in old AOL to EIGHT STEPS in your "Gold"..... NOT AN IMPROVEMENT YOU SILLY PEOPLE! THEN, after being on hold for 20 minutes, I was then TRANSFERRED AGAIN..... you are making your customers ANGRY.... not a good idea if you wish to stay in business
