It is exhausting trying to read an article having to go NEXT then NEXT page by page - waiting for each page to appear.

Stop Pop Up Ads. I can't read anything without pop up ads jumping around the screen. This is terrible.

I give up. Tried to read a story and so frustrating. I have to go on another web site to read the story.
Why have next each time. Just print the whole story. -

Refuse to read any more "next page" stories. Too busy to go thru these steps, Takes forever. Just let me scroll down, read quickly and get it over with. Always end up thinking, all that time and that's all there is.

The current format is all about advertising. It's bad enough that I pay for AOL...then I am forced to look at the stupid ads non-stop. If I want to opt out of ads... it's a difficult process that I eventually give up on. My favorite browser is edge with DuckDuckGo desktop. Only reason for keeping AOL is that my wife likes the desktop.

Now you have ads in my e-mail page along the top . What is wrong with you people? I do not want them. Do you ever read these comments? Do you ever do anything to correct the disaster called aol desktop gold? Get rid of it. It has not worked since the day you forced it on YOUR PAYING CUSTOMERS!!

No matter what I do I can't get rid of ads that pop up obscuring what I'm trying to read. I'm about ready to give up on AOL altogether.

all of a sudden a new advertising line/box appears above listed mail ... can't get rid of this. AOL, make it go away, there's already enough advertising on your desktop site. Quit it.

Add me to those who do not like clicking NEXT to read a story.

This is the most aggravating feature of AOL. Takes forever to get thru them. And ads keep jumping in the way. Often when you click on Next Page. the page jumps and you go to something else. Then have to start over. Not going to look at any story again that has Next Page. You are wasting our value time. Start a story and finish it without having to keep clicking on Next Page

not only clicking "next" but what about all the advertising popping up which makes the story unappealing

I can't manage the ads I receive from AOL because 1) there are so many of them, 2) they change constantly, and 3) AOL doesn't care if they annoy paying customers. STOP the constant ads!

There are inappropriate advertisements that should be removed. As a customer, we should have options to do so. Marketingpreferences.aol.com doesn't help at all in removing these inappropriate advertisements. Please do something about it.
