Why are we paying for aol with ALL the pop-up ads in articles, having to scroll to avoid the ads, and click to get to the next page to get through a story/article?

Once again there is a pop-up ad that appears, takes up the top half of the welcome screen and provides no way to delete or remove it, Here is the address of the offensive ad: See if you cannot stop this:

I agree with all that's said and If it's true aol does not read these posts we are all wasting out time Gonna need to get together as a group to get their attention (numbers are power) NEXT and ADS must go Why not have option when close out add option says don't show any more adds not interested

I tried to read an article and it dropped off and an ad appeared automatically. I highly resent forced ads.

I am sick and tired of having to go to "next" 10 times to read 10 words ...print the story , give the answer ,tell the info then do whatever else it is you think is necessary .....we pay good money to be "members with no representation" that we shouldn't have to see all that BS

Ditto. I categorically will not be interested in any product that's in a popup---I now keep a list of such products.
Oh, and by the way, that means I will NOT be reading any of the articles you publish......Got it??????????????????????

Stop with the "NEXT" to read a news article! I don't want to be paying for infinite CLICK BAIT! STOP IT!

The large number of ads surrounding the NEXT icon of a story eventually cause a white screen to appear, ending one's reading of the story. Everything freezes because of the overload. I understand the need for ads but you are going overboard, which acts against the advertisers since one clicks off to something else. Also the NEXT icon has a tendency to move around so one inadvertently clicks on an ad when the intention is to click on the NEXT. If the motion of this icon is deliberately done then it's not nice. If it's inadvertent then it's because there are just too many ads. Less ads would encourage people to click on some.

This is very annoying. I will no longer read any of your stories that are set up this way.

Looking at any news or information item on your welcome screen is becoming harder & harder due to ads over ads, popups on top of popups. Pointless! I seldom try to open an item on the welcome screen any more, and soon will quit trying altogether. The more you multiply these ads on top of ads, the less looks you'll get, and soon your advertisers will wise up and quit.

I am paying your company $39.99 a month and AOL must be making millions of dollars a month from all the ads posted on your site that I can't even close or elect to opt out of. You are lucky my wife won't let me close our account. I have no idea why I am throwing away almost $240 a year.

You can't improve something that has been broken since you forced it on paying customers. Now it has become nothing but ad's that you can't get rid of. Welcome page now has some stupid unwanted oath ad on photos .Eventually you will only have ad's and no customers. I have personally decided to never buy a product that does not give me the option to delete their ads.

AOL Get rid of the Ads, they destroy any concentration especially the ones on top of page 1! Any time you present "next page" it winds as a total annoyance! The ads are nothing but an interference in using AOL!

Once again I have received an ad from OATH that takes over the top half of the window and does not provide a way to redjuce the size or cancel the whole thing. You need to stop this practice...
