already uninstalled and reinstalled - did worked today but hoping it would not have the same issue again. kindly fix asap- Thank you!
Please send us a crash report in order for our engineers to look into this issue. To do that, please follow these steps:
1. Open AOL Desktop Gold.
2. Click on Help on the top right, and select Report a Bug from the drop-down menu.
3. Type a short description of the problem, and click Send.

I've also had the same problem over the past week or two. Since I have paid AOL I was able to get LIVE CHAT and the person uninstalled and reinstalled AOL DESKTOP GOLD, but it still didn't work correctly. Right now (fingers crossed) it's working after I rebooted the computer. The technician at LIVE HELP / CHAT tried everything he knew. Rebecca - I'm sorry you're having problems, BUT I'm glad to find out that I'm not the only one with the SAME problem. AOL please fix this.

ONLY 3 times a day ? - you must be an AOL preferred user !
