The best way to resolve this is to mark the emails as “Spam”, that way you can train the spam filter to better identify unwanted emails in the future. You can also block specific senders by going to the Mail menu on the top left, and selecting “Block Unwanted Mail” from the drop-down menu, then adding the senders emails address in the Sender Filter’s block list.

Bring back your old Spam Controls.......now I am getting so **** many emails that should be spam , it isn't funny. I will ultimately leave AOL after all these years because of this new ****

AOL needs to step up to the plate and protect it's users from scammers and spammers. Make a return to sender button without opening these harassing e-mails. Don't protect the spammers, bury them in with their own junk mail. Look at the people complaining about this. It's your problem. Get it fixed. This is why my kids don't use AOL. Too much junk.

Go back to allowing members to have their blocked spam mail removed rather then having it loaded even though we have it blocked. I dont see the purpose of having a block key for spam mail if you have to receive it anyway. Whomever made this decision doesn't seem to understand what's actually happening

I click on AOL headline story - read it-- then click on some other topic on the page. After this I start getting all sorts of junk - spam - or whatever you want to call it. I am tired of looking at AOL pages and when I read another story theu have posted to the main page I am run over with junk.
AOL should not out additional stories that when you click on them you are opening up an entire series of junk. DO NOT ALLOW THIS TO CONSTANTLY OCCUR. Make those at AOL who select the additional sites on your headlines story pages to requires those sites to stop giving out my email address to advertisers that opens up all forms of junk email!!- -

put the spam controls back in the spam folder, not happy with your change. I have been with you for 50 years, I will prlbly change . If you do not change it back

It is important to use words and phrases in the spam controls. NOT email addresses. That is senseless. Who is making these crazy changes??

Since you changed the spam options I get about 100 SPAM emails a day !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I can't use one screen name because of all the junk mail .. You made the changes that effect thousands of people and for NO reason .. I have been a member since just about DAY ONE and have been loyal to you .. Why can't you be loyal to us the one that pays the bills for you .. You make changes that don't work and take away things that do .. One would almost think you're trying to drive customers away

Please fix Blocked addresses they are not working as they use to.
Previously we could block a Domain by *@Domain. That does not work any more.
