Your ISP taking too long to open up or not opening at all is becoming a safety issue.
Your ISP last night would not open, which had been a previous problem that I thought had gone away. So I went up to dinner and came back down and it still hadn't open. This morning I had to send my doctor a message and AOL would still not open. This is becoming a safety issue that I believe your CEO is ignoring with Windows 10.
AOL has become like our electric company, it is no longer an option when you need it to get to the link to contact your doctor's online service.
So I did the drill again, uninstall AOL and reinstalled it to get to write this to AOL feedback. One day someone is going to suffer because AOL wouldn't open and it wouldn't be funny anymore.
