I am American and now working internationally, based in UK. Why can't I get access to Gold?
My account has been totally screwed up of late. I can't search any of my online emails, new, old, saved, sent, etc. That is a huge problem since I have had an AOL account continuously since 1992!
2 weeks ago ALL of my new emails just vanished, no where to be found. What is weird is ALL 3100 of them are still showing as new, but only 30 are visible from last 2 weeks.
I am desperate to get this fixed and would even consider using Gold to retrieve them and be able to store everything on my laptop. But even that is not possible because the software isn't available outside USA.
