Permanently delete all trashed emails all at one time
When I trash my emails, I would like to permanently delete them all at one time and not one at a time. I trashed them for a reason and having to delete them one at a time only aggravates my carpal tunnel syndrome. Thank you.
Select one email from the list, and press CTRL+A to highlight all of them
or choose ‘Select All’ from the Edit menu then press Permanently Delete.

In spam folder I have to do two clicks to delete. One is what it should be to go faster. Name that is highlighted is too dark. As one ages, less light goes into the eyes.......AOL has mostly older users. Please make it easier for us.....

Many of us continue to get 100 plus spam messages daily and you do a good job of placing them in the spam folder
Once in the SPAM FOLDER I can click DELETE ALL at the bottom of the page and they are all DELETED and sent with that one click to the
RECENTLY DELETED FOLDER -- However once there I have to
CLICK EVERY SINGLE SPAM MESSAGE INDIVIDUALLY TO PERMANENTLY DELETE THE SPAM EMAIL - that's 100 plus clicks daily!!
PLEASE- PLEASE PUT DELETE ALL TAB at the bottom of the
PERMANENTLY DELETE PAGE so users do not have to individually click each spam email to PERMANENTLY DELETE THEM!!! -

Does AOL ever read these posts? When will that happen? So many of us write and have the same complaints, the same wants and desires and we are ignored, so when will aol listen to us, the paying customers who keep this sorry *** pos program running? We've been asking since this Gold pos came out to allow us to use our own backgrounds in email and we're ignored, we ask for a program that works and doesn't aggravate, and we're ignored, we ask for things that will make our online experiences better, easy things like a DELETE ALL option for old emails, sent mail, etc, and we don't get or hear a **** thing from aol that we're asking for, so I have to ask WHEN? WHEN WILL WE THE CONSUMERS, BE MADE HAPPY IN THE LEAST?
