chat rooms down AGAIN
Again, your cat rooms are down and people cannot access them. Your service is terrible as of late. Last time this happened I was on the phone with an AOL tech for 45 mins as I was continued to be lied to over and over by people who have no business being called techs...

Close and reopen AOL Desktop Gold and check if the chat rooms are loading.

chat rooms will not load...this current service you provide is absolutely horrible. You take my money and provide inferior service, last time I called a tech just made some stuff up I called him on it( I work in IT) and he had nothing. This is just unacceptable behavior from a company that continue to take my money. FIX YOURSELVES I have reloaded, uninstalled, installed AOL desktop so please dont patronize me with these inane responses.
