AOL Gold slows my computer to a crawl
AOL Gold lags my computer down. I've talked to tech and they can't help. When I go into it the program opens 4 CefSharp.Browsers and 2 AOLDesktop.exe. I go from 8% Physical Memory used to 97% whenever I open an article. This does NOT happen if I am using IE. I have spoken with tech support to no avail. I have deleted and reloaded the program with no change.
Please send us a crash report in order for our engineers to look into the issue you are experiencing with the software closing unexpectedly. To do that, please follow these steps:
1. Open AOL Desktop Gold.
2. Click on Help on the top right, and select Report a Bug from the drop-down menu.
3. Type a short description of the problem, and click Send.

The software has become slow and unresponsive...it has nothing to do with my computer or adjacent apps.... I am close to dropping the app because of the trouble.

I have spent about 2 1/2 hours with an AOL Tech today. The Work #20544291 was for the Desktop Gold Application loading up very SLOW, especially the READ Mail E-mails. We uninstalled and reinstalled the AOL Desktop Gold TWICE!! Nothing changed. The Read Mail loads up Very Slowly. My computer has recently been Cleaned-Up and the most Up-to-Date Speed added to my computer. My internet provider Spectrum just installed the Fiber Optic Cables which provide over 500 MG of Speed. So the problem must be in your Desktop Gold program. I have noticed over the last 90 days that it was taking longer and longer for the READ Mail to load up.
The Tech's Jay & Del said that they Do Not know why it was loading up so SLOW and that I need to write you a Feedback Notice.
Please Fix this Problem As Soon As Possible. I use my Computer and AOL Desktop Gold a lot.

Let user know what CelSharp does. Allow user to delete if function is unnecessary for a particular user.
