why is a lot of my mail going directly to the deleted file I have been with AOL since 1995 and getting very disappointed with AOL

Since the update this fall, many of my emails are going straight to deleted mail. How can that be fixed?

WHAT happened to my MAIL?? All my OLD and SENT and INCOMING mail is GONE. ONLY shows SAVED Mail FOLDER??? Whats gives?

90% of my incoming mail goes directly to DELETED mail, WHY??? i have been an AOL user since 1995 and recently have had more than my share of issues with AOL ,Seriously thinking about leaving AOL after 25 years AND WILL unless I get some answers
