First, after being off line for 3 days (or maybe more) My AOL MESSENGER NOT SHOWING UP. I spoke to Shane, then Esther who was very kind.
No one told me that MESSENGER is not part of AOL! I need all of the names that were on my Instant Messenger that I have used for 29 years. I don't have a list of my MANY CONTACTS. I SUGGEST, FIND THAT ENTIRE LIST AND EMAIL IT TO ME IMMEDIATELY!! If I knew that you were removing it, there is no excuse for not notifying me!
Shame on AOL. i already signed in, now it says SIGN IN REQUIRED!

I will comment once you send me my entire AOL MESSENGER list of MANY CONTACTS. AS I SAID ABOVE, NO ONE EVER LET ME KNOW THAT YOU WERE NOT SUPPORTING INSTANT MESSENGER!!! If notified I would have done screen shots of the important people on the instant messenger list. If you can't provide that for me, I will be contacting my Legal folks!
