  1. News & Weather -Unable to edit city

    On Welcome Screen, "News & Weather" keeps changing my city. This has happened many times in past, but I was able to edit with my zipcode to show correct city & delete wrong city showing.
    Today there was another city, so when I tried to edit/change name with zipcode it's adding a duplicate of the wrong city. Also, unable to delete wrong cities! Unable to edit, add or delete. When I try to edit an "X" pops up near wrong city & disappears, so one cannot click to delete it. I have been able to change in the past, &…
