Spell checker Issue
When I type in a wrong words spell checker was doing it correctly but it's duplicating the word instead of replacing it and also sometimes i'ts not giving me the right suggestion to choose in. There's no chance as well to change the word on "Questionable" section

So your recent change is to change the name of the folder to "Recently Deleted" to "Trash"? Are you kidding? All the problems you have, and this is what you do??

Captions
I don't know who the ******** was that decided it was more important to paste an ad in where the picture caption used to go, but it is an idiotic, stupid idea which doesn't make AO***L easier to use. I suppose the goof needs the money to build a home in the Caribbean. Yah, I know that I can click on the caption tab at the bottom, but that is just an extra step that craps up the picture. I don't pay attention to ads anyhow, I'm not sure that anyone reads these things, probably just a bot.

fake aol technician clicked on "accepting" gold which i told him not to click, while I was on the phone, and aboomgar , although I yell not to click he fake my "agreement" .
your gold program is nasty, not accurate full of lies. I can not have phone numbers of friends, that I have saved on my address book.
and can't find names without email address. Yes, I have scroll up/down to find phone numbers, and even tech upporte by the name mike could not find it. Holidays pass by, and I can't call friends.part 2 nasty orange…

Desktop changes, no notification!!!!!!!
Once again you have made changes to the AOL Desktop without any notification to users/customers. No longer is there "Recently Deleted". Now (apparently) recently deleted email is in the "Trash" folder.
Why do you treat customers so badly as to not notify them of changes or alleged "Updates".
AOL/OATH continues to be inconsiderate of its customers. Not good business-retention tactic.

Educate your headline writers about gender bias
Stop writing "her bully" or "her ******" in headlines. The victim is not responsible for the actions of a man who commits crimes against her. Teach your writers to say "the man who bullied her" "the man who raped her." Make the criminal own the action.
