Search "Class Action" for buried complaints. Where's the change in Phony Gold?
Nearly a year with multiple complaints and NO change! What's Verizon up to? Can't they admit they duped us with an unbuildable, untested program and return us to 9.8, the tried and true platform built and evolved over 20 years? What are they hiding? They should be paying US for using this poorly written program that they can't seem to fix (or don't want to fix). Are Yahoo users having the same problems?

AOL like 90% of the social media and the news has forgotten a basic principle of American justice. One is innocent until "proven" gullty, but you brain dead elite seem to think you can be judge and jurry based on your abiltiy to simply hate some one. You all suck.

The Honest to paws entry for September 11 is false. Please remove it and track the originator. The entry sentences refer to a healthy population of Hippos in Columbia. Hippos are native to Africa. There are no native populations of hippos in Columbia, nor in any part of South america.

Features keep on being taken away
I have subscribed to AOL since the very beginning. I have been noticing more and more features have been taken away over the years, first no more profiles to view, no chat rooms, no IM's, no buddy lists, Unsend button taken away and now the Status button feature has been removed. Instead AOL is adding benefits that I don't care about. I feel the features need to be added once again, especially the Status button because now I don't know when an email has been read or not. Please bring back some of these features again, that's why I belonged…

Notification popup box too small for content.
Today I logged in received a popup alert. the content box was too small that I couldn't see the content plus there were no scroll bars. I closed it using the X in the upper right corner since that is all I could do. I could see the very top of a button but unable to see any text associated to it.
Doesn't anyone from Oath test before they release it? -

"Premium" AOL Gold?
I received an email about downloading a "premium" AOL Gold. Why don't you fix all the glitches in the "regular" Gold, which we pay for every month? Why would I even try anything new? I don't trust new developments when we've been begging for the original Gold to be fixed?" Yesterday it took upwards of 90 seconds for one email to send. Why should that be acceptable?

YOU'D THINK AFTER ALL THIS TIDAL-WAVE OF NEGATIVE FEEDBACK THE AOL GOLD TECHS WOULD ACTUALLY FIX THE PROBLEMS, BUT THEY DON'T. WONDER HOW THE JUSTIFY THEIR JOBS AT OATH? THAT SEEMS TO BE WHAT THEY'RE BEST AT.
