Need to show attachments next to emails, so can quickly see if there is attachment. Old system showed paperclip next to email

send out emails to those of us who pay for the desktop service when things change. For instance, you just changed how you show email coming
AOL has made changes to the way mail shows in the mail box, without notification to those of us who pay the $4.99 fee. Please send out notifications so we know these are 'changes' and not 'glitches'. We had to submit a 'bug' to find out this was new. It's alarming to see changes and not know if it's broken or working as designed.

Why is the default for mail search set for subject?
It was so much better when you could search by email address and subjectwhy would you make this change?

It seems that often when aol comes up with a "new" plan/idea like two years ago when you rearranged MY favorites, they were forever messed up and I was unable to use them as I had previously. This time you altered MY emails and I needed tech support to be able to use the mail. PLEASE STOP tinkering with my personal computer items. It is unwanted and upsetting

Again the spam issue is not addressed
I see that you merged my post about spam in with others and having read thru the comments submitted with other aol members I also see that there is no resolution offered by aol. So why not? Some of these comments are from DECEMBER 2018!!! When will this matter be fixed? When will you let us decide for ourselves what is spam and what isn't by giving us back control of our spam settings? AOL has taken away our ability to block emails, which surely would enable us to block out 99% of spam, but AOL offers no resolution to…

Extremely bad browser
I would not know where to begin. AOL Gold browser is not recognized by many sites, links in search engines do not change colors after viewing a URL, browser shows everything oversized, midis won't play, in browser settings you can no delete downloaded sites because box is greyed out... and there is too much more to list here. We need a better browser. AOL has made me hate going online. I must now use Internet Explorer to avoid problems. Why am I paying for this??

can we have an option to do right click on the dropdown on the browsing history to delete those title that i don't want to see anymore.

For crying out loud - stop trying to change how we reply to posts! It was fine the way it was and there's no need to have a pop-up box!
The original way to reply to posts was fine - we just clicked on "Reply" and posted the reply. There is absolutely no need for the stupid box, especially when the darned thing pops up enabling me to reply to myself. Out with the new, go back to the old! As my daughter has said for years, most often when people come out with what they think is new and improved what it really amounts to is new and fu**ed up. Browser security
Today, I went into my Browser Security settings and noticed THEY WERE CHANGED from where I had them set before! No good!
DO NOT adjust ANY Browser Security settings when CHANGES, OR NEW VERSIONS, of AOL Desktop Gold are automatically installed.
Changing ANY settings--WITHOUT THE USER'S KNOWLEDGE--is rather bad for "customer confidence," wouldn't you think???
