AOL Desk top deleting folders
My APL Desk top will not allow me to delete my folders. These are HORRIBLE new changes to AOL Desk top. E
I swear every time I try to do the stuff on AOL that I have been doing for 30 years has now changed and it's for the WORSE not for the better. Why are you making things harder instead of easier????We have corrected this in the latest version. Thank you for bringing this to our attention.

I like how AOL Gold just up and stops working!
I like how AOL Gold just up and stops working and then presents a screen window that merely says "AOL HAS STOPPED WORKING" and then closes the program and says nothing else. I know AOL Gold is a junk, dumb program but just shutting off and collapsing is pretty stupid. All the while AOL takes your money. Sick.

Provide USA news clips rather than UK
We are now getting UK news in the Desktop Gold. I want US News in the Desktop. How can I get that instead of the UK as I do not live in England.

Why can I not be able to choose the font, boldness, inclination that i want and retain that choice???
I want to be able to choose and retain the font, boldness, inclination that I prefer without having to choose it again and again every time i write an email. Even after I choose the font I want... sometimes it will revert back the one I opted out of.... PLEASE CORRECT THIS FEATURE.... A.S.A.P

The constant changes are clearly deleting many good features. If it is already available and it is used, why change it. More options needed
I want to access all mail like the past, page by page. I need to research previous responses constantly.

E-Mail Messages Become "Transposed" for Reasons Unknown
What I mean by the subject line is an e-mail message from, say, Amazon Delivery, is now replaced by the e-mail message directly under the Amazon message, and vice-versa. I've never seen anything like this before.
What gives?

Why Do Spam E-Mails Open Whenever I Click "Report Spam"?
Whenever I click on "Report Spam" to send an offensive e-mail (and there are thousands of them lately) to you, AOL, the e-mail opens, risking infecting my PC.
Why is this?

Need to have the font for the new browser returned to the past text
The print looks like it's italic but I have trouble reading this new print. I would like the old solid print like I have when I read my mail.
The print option will simply use the exact font elements of a webpage for printing.

Need AOL Desktop Gold Help
Last updated to 11.1.4575 over a year ago and now it will not load or update?
Also, cannot use new installer as it is ignored because it sees I have AOL Gold.How can I get my 11.1.4840 (5/5/25) update and get my program to work?

You can use the AOL Desktop Gold OS system Tray icon (lower right-hand corner of Windows)
Right click on the AOL Desktop Gold icon in your system tray and select the "Check for updates" command. This can sometimes take up to 5 minutes depending on your internet connection.
Alternatively, you can uninstall AOL Desktop Gold from your Add Remove applications settings in Windows. Then install the latest version of AOL Desktop Gold.

AOL UK Version of Desktop Gold?
I'm thinking that maybe a version of AOL Desktop Gold that's the same as the current one except the links in the menu and channels go to the AOL UK version of those websites (www.aol.co.uk). The top bar can be called "AOL UK Desktop Gold" and marketed towards the UK users. Or add a menu tab/channel in the current regular version that says "AOL UK" that leads to a drop down menu to articles on that site such as news, politics, sports, and so on. I'm in the United States, but I follow the articles on the AOL…

We have included a print preview in all mail print commands. You can click on the Print button, or Ctrl+P which will open a print preview

There are too many problems with AOL Gold. This is what happens when companies merge with other companies. Please go back to AOL 9.8. That was perfect.

Desktop Gold Font
aol gold freeses often. i try to reply, but the page the sender wrote doea not appear. often it blank. so I must use Chrom to replay their mail. Font size got smaller and gray scale, I had to change. All those things happened recently. Also it got very slow and sometimes does not open. I mostly use Chrom AOL. I am paying for Gold. You must fix it.
