  1. Mail Default Settings

    I read my mail from top to bottom then arrive at the delete option and after deleting I've elected the option to open the next mail item. Now when the next item opens, its at the bottom of the new mail. Doesn't it make sense for the default to be open at the top/beginning of the mail. Why did AOL change the cursor placement to default to the last position? Opening a mail item in the middle or bottom of the message is just nonsensical.   3. AOL GOLD IS AWFUL!!!

    We should not have to pay for this until you get it working right. We all deserve refunds. Every time I go into my email there are email's I already deleted. I try and send an email, especially when there is an attachment and it doesn't send or it takes a very long time. I went in today and there was nothing showing in my in box, when I know for a fact there was. I have to re-start several times. It is so slow to start up.   5. FIX THIS PLEASE!!!

    I continue to have issues sending emails with embedded graphics - I get the email all ready to send and press SEND and it doesnt send. The word SEND continues to be in BOLD and not grayed out. It NEVER sends! Then I have to copy/paste the entire email over and make my attachments one more time. THEN it will send. Since I do a lot of graphic work (One of the main reasons that I liked AOL - past tense - is for the graphic capabilities) this is causing me much more work as it happens 90% of the…

    I see a problem in the AOL Gold I am running and the AOL.com on the browser. When I click on the attach file and attach a picture to my mail it not only send as an attachment but it also comes up in the mail portion of the e-mail where I have written some to the person I am e-mailing.. This has never happen before when I e-mail someone an attachment it should go as an attachment and not show up in the mail portion of my e-mail. Would you please get back to me and let me know…

  8. Dump Gold! It does not work! If you want to charge us, do it with AOL 9.8, NOT GOLD. How could you have done this?!?!?!

    I had several "WAITING TO BE SENT" emails on 9.8, and your took them away without even a warning! They are very important! How can I retrieve them? ******@aol.com

  9. GOLD loaded a whole bunch of old emails, but none of my current! Why????

    I also hate AOL GOLD; it loaded a whole bunch of old emails, from I no not where, but none of my current. It also did not allow me to get to my emails saved on my computer and AOL. ALL, I say ALL my emails are gone; puff!

  10. Keyboard functions don't work

  13. FAVORITES BOX KEEPS RESIZING ITSELF

    When you want to move a "favorite" item to a new folder location in your "favorites" box, you click on the heart symbol and start dragging it to the new spot. However, the minute you click on the heart symbol, the favorite box resizes itself narrower, so you can no longer see the vertical left side of the box with the all hearts, and therefore you can't find the folder where you were moving the item to.   16. Charging for services

    AOL got into my bank account without my permission. I recently cancelled my credit card. I was paying for AOL service but don't want to anymore because of the Negative American enviroment they support and poor Gold program they developed. SO you went back thru my files and Kept my information to my Bank Account , then decided you would charge my account. That my idiot friend is called theft. You had no permission to enter my account let alone hold my financial information . Now what
