AOL GOLD IS AWFUL!!!
We should not have to pay for this until you get it working right. We all deserve refunds. Every time I go into my email there are email's I already deleted. I try and send an email, especially when there is an attachment and it doesn't send or it takes a very long time. I went in today and there was nothing showing in my in box, when I know for a fact there was. I have to re-start several times. It is so slow to start up. You have the never to keep taking things away from us and still charge us. You said there would be no ads, we have ads, you said it would be better, it is WORSE! I HATE it and I have been an AOL customer for probably 30 years and am ready to change!
