FAVORITES BOX KEEPS RESIZING ITSELF
When you want to move a "favorite" item to a new folder location in your "favorites" box, you click on the heart symbol and start dragging it to the new spot. However, the minute you click on the heart symbol, the favorite box resizes itself narrower, so you can no longer see the vertical left side of the box with the all hearts, and therefore you can't find the folder where you were moving the item to. It is as if someone at aol said, "Let's make things as difficult as we can for our users and waste their time just because we can. It's maddening, so please fix this obvious error or in your program. It did not happen with the old program favorite box, so why change it?
