  1. I'm moving my current mail to Gmail. They provide the mail service without ads and no monthly fees. You will lose more cutomers

  3. include in the App the time emails are sent and received - just a date is unhelpful and means people have to open the desktop option!

  4. replace DESKTOP GOLD with a version that does not change the format of emails. Older versions didn't do this; future ones shouldn't, either.

  6. How about allowing a new email to be saved to the new mail folder after its been read. I suspect it's intentional to get people to switch to

  19. It is so hard to sign on now. I can't believe you have to have these codes and texted to you, verify, i've been using aol for 33 yrs

    It is so hard to get AO. L to remember my user password almost every time it wants me to verify my email or my backup email. Phone number wants to send me a code. It doesn't remember the devices.

  20. Make the button that says Read the full story actually work instead of going nowhere. I have hit it as many as 18 times!
