  1. AOL app keeps putting unwanted files and ringtones on my phone and it keeps downloading it after I delete it.

    my phone is getting getting violated by AOL app by forcing ringtones and files in document format.

  6. I can sign into my AOL account on Chrome but it will not allow me to open my mail. I'm on an Android phone

    I can sign into my AOL acct. on Chrome but it will not allow me to open my mail. So now, the AOL app doesn't work on Android AND I can't access my AOL acct anywhere on my phone!!! This is critical!

  9. When I swipe right to delete emails I don't want, they are not staying deleted. They reappear as new unread emails. Please fix this.

    When I swipe right to delete emails I don't want (mainly new unread ones), the next time I check my emails, the ones I previously deleted are showing again as new unread emails.
    Please fix this, it's very annoying.

  11. Why do I have to sign in everyday? This is my personal laptop. Ridiculous.

    Contacting customer service is no help with the language barrier. I don't want to sign-in every time I need to see my emails. Ridiculous

  12. Moving Mail

    When I "move" an email to a folder, a copy stays in New Mail. If I delete the copy in New Mail it deletes it from the folder too! Please FIX THIS.
