In app notification sounds are no longer working. I used to be able to customize notification sounds within the app & it no longer works
In app notifications are no longer working. I used to be able to customize incoming email notification sounds but that option is no longer working on my Samsung S20. I counted on that feature to distinguish between incoming personal emails vs incoming bussiness emails. Even after using AOL for over 30 years, I'm seriously considering using a different email application due to the loss of this function.

Remove the online learning icon. I don't want it and the little green dot is distracting and annoying.

replace DESKTOP GOLD with a version that does not change the format of emails. Older versions didn't do this; future ones shouldn't, either.

post the articles you show. I have clicked "READ MORE" several times and there is no article.
You show a list of articles. Then you make ys click READ MORE, but there us no article.

Please fix selective link dead-ends in email on Android app. I should not have to copy and paste a URL into a search engine to get to it.
This is affecting some pretty big sites (like Amazon, Ebay and Youtube) while others are functioning as they are supposed to. Pressing and holding to get to a screen that offers 3 options with only the copy and paste link functioning...but requiring you to paste it into another search screen to launch it is NOT how links in emails one trusts are supposed to work.
