  7. Stop putting suggested recipient list for new emails. It is too easy to hit the wrong name by accident, or to hit more than one name.

  12. Add margins to printed emails so they don't get cut off by the printer.

    Most printers cannot start printing at the edge of the page. Please add margins to printed emails so the text doesn't get cut off.
