  7. Way to much spam and I will not pay extra to block it. I will delete AOL first.

    I'm sick of so much spam it's way to easy to have to delete 40 messages per day because I have no interest in them.

  11. my email doesn't print correctly from AOL..it cuts off many words. if I forward to my Gmail account it prints ok.

  17. Remove the fees and the ads!!

    I have had AOL for over 30 years without fees or ads. I can easily go to another domain for free email and not get all the **** you are sending. If it doesn't change that is exactly what I will be doing. No one should have to pay for an email address or pay to have ads removed!!!
