Trash folder won't stay empty, deleting emails return
why won't my emails in my trash folder when I delete them why do they come back, then I'll personally individually delete them again ,and they still come back later why ?????

I see others with the same problem. It's impossible to compose an email on my phone. The cursor jumps to another place and time.
Since it's impossible to compose an email, I forward to another account. After more than 30 years, it might be time to truly relegate my AOL account to a place for junk mail .
Hi. This issue is currently under investigation by our team and we hope to have a fix in a new update to the AOL app. In the meantime, I would suggest using a different keyboard than the one you have, such as GBoard (Google keyboard) or Microsoft SwiftKey. We appreciate your cooperation!

seit ca. 1 Woche kann ich nicht mehr sofort auf meine E Mails zugreifen, wenn ich die App öffne. Ich muss erst wieder rausgehen.
Nach öffnen der App, geht die Infoseite auf ohne Button für den Posteingang. Ich muss erst wieder raus- und reingehen, damit die Buttons am unteren Ende erscheinen. Das ist seit ca. 1 Woche so. In Einstellungen habe ich nichts gefunden, wo ich das ändern könnte. Wer kann Tipp geben?

Hi, you can follow these steps to sign out of the app:
1. Tap the Profile icon in the upper-left.
2. Tap Manage Accounts.
3. Tap Edit.
4. Beside your account, tap Remove.
5. Tap Remove again to confirm.

can't add signature
can't add signature to email
Hi there. To set up a signature in the AOL app, please tap on Settings then on Signatures, there you need to enable to include signature in new messages then type it in the field provided.

fix problem with downloading email attachments in AOL mail. Since early February, cannot download attachments.

FIX EMAIL NOW...CAN'T ACCESS IT
android screen doesn't give email compose or access to other mail subsets: old mail. sent, etc.

Fix the email folders so that ALL FOLDERS are shown ALL THE TIME and NOT just "some random" folders! PLEASE SHOW ALL FOLDERS ALL THE TIME

Hi there. It sounds like you have a filter set to send all your incoming emails to that particular folder. You can remove this filter, by going to mail.aol.com from a laptop/PC, select Settings>More Settings>Filters. Additionally, we recommend you check all your email settings and account info, for any signs of compromise. Please stop removing emails... I see when they disappear and I can't find it.
Some days, I can't view all of my emails. Other times, when I'm going through emails and scroll, emails just remove automatically. like slides to the left on its own.
