  2. your new format for sending emails does not work for someone who has low vision. the TalkBack feature on my phone does not work with this

  3. Upload all new messages as inbox is opened.

    When I open AOL inbox each morning not all emails are there. If I close the AOL app and reopen or delete any messages, more new messages will populate.

  5. quit showing so much right wing fake news!!!! no more fake ( fox) news!!!!

    quit showing Fox news and it's fake stories ( they have been found guilty of telling lies and were found liable for 587 million) . Dont end up like fox, AOL you are 1 lawsuit from being gone completely don't follow em down that fox hole.

  7. why did I pay shipping for my prize after doing the survey and then was told "good luck"

    I was told there were several prizes left and was asked and charged $5 for shipping and the last screen said good luck. Good luck i won't get scammed? I fear it's too late.

  10. Stop adding even more annoying ads. First it's the top banner, 2nd, the one inside the email listing. Now a third banner one. Awful

  17. Show the name on the account only.

    When sending mail my social account sends my name from another account opposed to the profile name. I dont want receivers of the social account to have my name. They should only have the name listed in the profile of the account the mail is sent from. Whats the point of having a profile if you're sending personal info from another account.
