Please make your spam filter adjustable!
Your spam filter marks lots of mails as false positives. I can't understand why replies to mails, that I sent in the first place, are considered spam. Due to this strange behavior I missed lots of emails already until I found out that they were moved to the spam folder...
I would highly appreciate it if you could make the spam filter adjustable:
1. Add settings to make the filter strict or less strict
2. Allow the user to disable the spam filter
3. Setting to mark emails as spam (e.g., via flag in the email header) but disable to…111th ranked -

do something about the way messages are downloaded. I open the App, and some load. If I close it and reopen, older messages load interleaved
If the volume of new messages is too high (it isn't in my case) load the oldest first, then new ones. It's very unsettling to find new messages later on that were received one or two days earlier than messages I read and even responded too, but only downloaded on a different session.

I am interested in the learn classes but I want to read the info not watch a video. to you have the transcripts available?
I am interested in class videos that cover the class only. not the fluff. many of those videos could be cut in half. otherwise I want the transcript only or the transcript with photos. the videos waste too much time

make login easier
there should not be 4 screens to login. username, then password then whole new window opens, then have to click login then into email. username/password should be on same page click login and it should open right to my inbox. way to many steps multiple times a day just to check my emails.

go directly to my email, like it was 15 years ago!!!! My data plan is very expensive, so don't use email away from home.
